Suggestion: map preference

In addition to the vetoes, select one map you would most like to play on. If two players prefer that map, that is the one that will be played. If one prefers it and the other hasn't selected one then the preferred is played. Maybe you could veto the preferred map choice of the other player instead of selecting one yourself. If no players select a map then it goes as it does now.
