Being the current meta a huge infantry spam (volks+schrecks/gren+LMG) and later supertanks (tiger/king tiger/jadgtiger), T4 is useless.
Katyusha is absolutely random in their barrages, so not reliable to stop infantry.
Su76 is useless and SU85's slow speed doesn't match their pathetic frontal armor.
T3 and call-ins are much more safer and versatile options, mixing AI and AT capabilities.
Reasons to build Soviet T4?

After the Katyusha nerf and weak performance of SU76 barrages, i find it hard to effectively hurt OKW infantry blobs in 2vs2/3vs3. Such play style should be easily punished. Shocks are expensive to reenforce and you won`t win the MP war against those blobs that method. KV8 can do some damage but they usually have alot of shreck volks in the mix. I believe the K`s are nerfed too much.
