I don't know if this has been reported yet, but I've repeatedly seen the units tagged by a teammates IR become permanently visible on the minimap. It seems this happens to US units especially. Unfortunately I don't have a replay available, but I'll add one if I come across this again.

I think it's reported.
It's not fixed though and indeed a "permanent maphack".
