Annoying Artillery/Rocket Artillery Bug

When artillery (usually massed artillery) destroys a building, any building, in its first barrage, it doesnt barrage further but you get a full cooldown. A good example of this is that katyusha mission that comes for free for vCoH2 owners. It stops barraging without your orders and its a ripoff of a cooldown. Ive had it happen to priests and katyushas.
