Is there any diference between Ostruppen Reserves and Relief Infantry?
I love the smell of pixels in the morning!

ostruppen reservers always give you 2 ostruppen squads. They might have veterancy and sometimes a lmg
Relieft infantry gives you ostruppen as well but works in a completely different way. When activated it gives you a full ostruppen squad for each 4 individual members lost from any infantry squad.
