Add starting positions and grid to map in loading screen.

It would be nice to know our starting position on the map at the beginning of the loading screen.

A team should only be able to see its own starting position.

Adding a grid with numbers and letters would be nice too.

So people on voice chat could discuss strategy while the match is loading.
