I think the new sounds have a 2 low volume, comparing with the old version.
The options get reseted but i adjust again. Others players say this too.

start the game and open up the windows audio mixer, the game volume might be all the way down.

After the patch it reset all of my options, including moving sound quality to the lowest setting. Try checking that too.

Voices are normal, but explosions, shots, effects, etc. are not good.......
