Now that WFA has arrived I'm having some trouble getting CoH2 to run in windowed border-less mode
i use the following startup parameters: -window -fullwindow -lockmouse -forceactive -nomovies
still, when u start up the game it goes border-less but than goes windowed and thus you can see the borders

Same issue here, and I'm running with
Code
-nomovies -window -fullwindow -forceactive -lockmouse -novsync


In the meantime the ahk script explained http://www.coh2.org/guides/1960/streaming-on-twitch.tv still does the trick.
