M3 really destroy the game,the real problem of M3 is, flame thrower + M3 is too strong and killing any retreating squad quite easily,
i once read a thread suggests that reduce M3 front machine gun damage,i agree with that
i also suggest that any garrison unit in M3 scout car will have accuracy penalty when attack,
for instance, flame thrower will have 30% accuracy penalty if M3 on the move, this penalty also applied for any other garrison unit or any other open vehicle like halftrack in soviet T3 or germany call-in half track
