Bought the game. It does not appear on my steam list and there is no indication anywhere that i have it except only in my store history that i purchased it.
How do i know i have it?

Go to your steam library, right click on Company of Heroes 2, click on properties, go to the DLC list. Something like 'WFA pre-order' should be in there.
