Couldn't invite, now CoH2 won't start

My friends and i got out of a 3v3. All of a sudden, the invite button stopped working. For myself, my friends, and apparently everyone else in the Company of Heroes 2 chat channel. So I validated the game files in steam, now i'm getting error 55 (servers too busy). I've tried numerous work around, but can no longer launch the game.

Edit: guess they patched after about 30 minutes, ignore.
