What are the stats for having troops in no cover, yellow, green? And what the difference from having troops in a house than a stone wall?

Not sure about the exact stats of yellow and green cover, but the last notes on houses were these:
"Small arms damage modifier vs. garrison cover from 0.65 to 0.55
Small arms accuracy modifier vs. garrison cover from 0.65 to 0.55"
