Hi I was wondering how go about making a custom load screen for my map? Is there a required file size and location? where should it be placed?

you have to create a 1920x1080 .tga named "mapname_loading_background" and should be saved in the same folder as your mapfile. ex if your map is named 8p_Muddy your loading background should be named 8p_Muddy_loading_background.tga.
remember to export your map after you have created your loading background.
