I'd like to, at the very least, see some of the worse bulletins like 3% improved Acc on the elite troop bulletins changed to 10% bonus exp. Other than ability cool-downs it seems to be the only bulletin worth getting unless you are going for triple of one unit.

At most I'd like to see bulletins removed and have a fun info page for all of the neat tidbits attached to the bulletins.
