"Mark all forums as read" Problem

Whenever I click this button at the bottom of the page, browser action animation starts but nothing happens. I waited as long as 5 minutes but still no luck. Plus, if I don't close the browser after this, I can't enter the site again as well. I am using Google Chrome but tried with Firefox too, same.

It's super long because it does actually need to mark our 7,133 topics as read for you. 
There's definitely something to look at to improve it though, thanks for reporting !
