Opening singleplayer maps in WorldBuilder?

Tried searching around and haven't found anything on how to use singleplayer maps in the world builder like you can with multiplayer maps, has relic just locked that away or?

Save the following text as "Extract_SP.bat" to your COH2 installation folder:
and run it. A command prompt will appear and the whole extraction process begins. Command prompt will close once the process is complete
Once the extraction is complete, you can navigate to COH2 installation folder/COH2/Data/Scenarios/SP to load any of the SP maps.

Can we do the same thing with the DLC maps for TOW?
I would like to look at the Southern Fronts maps.

I would like to look at the Southern Fronts maps.
There's a similar way to get multiplayer maps over here but i don't know if you need to do another method to extract those mission packs
and i don't own the DLC maps and it doesn't look like they're there from the extraction i would assume if you don't own the maps you don't have them installed to be extracted in the first place but other than that i don't know.
