Question about the Ladder system (sorry if wrong thread)

I've noticed that there is a new team play Ladder (AT Ladder) and the regular Ranked Ladder. My question is this :

So in the event that I play an auto matched game with friends (e.g. playing 4v4 as Germans with 3 other of my friends on my team) and we win in that game, does that not listed as a win in the 4v4 Ranked Ladder? (note the ladder I'm talking about is not the 4v4 AT Ladder)

You are correct. Wins or Losses from games where you are playing with an arranged team do not count towards the regular ladder. The regular ladder is now only if you queue solo.

Btw, so is the chances to encounter an Arranged Team in a solo queue game the same, reduced or won't happen at all? Because, playing with random people against an arranged team is quite hard haha.

As far as I know, there has been no change in matchmaking. You will still run into arranged teams.
