Does anyone know how to launch COH2 without any of the intros and in window mode ?

I have -window -lockmouse -novsync
You'll need to use .ahk script or something like that if you want proper full screen window as described in guide : http://www.coh2.org/guides/1960/streaming-on-twitch.tv
No idea about intros. Escape spam does it pretty well.
