My ingame TOW achievements are gone

I got a fresh new Windows 7 and new steam. After that I downloaded and installed coh2 and I see TOW missions with 0% completion even I completed all on general :( What to do?
The only non-German fighting unit attacking the city of Stalingrad - 369th Croatian Reinforced Infantry Regiment. December 1942 the regiment had seen such intense combat that it was at 1/3 strength. Despite the harsh conditions, the German high command credited the regiment with maintaining 'proper and military bearing'.

Did you back up you "my games" folder before you got a new OS? if you did, stick it in your my documents folder and it should come back. if you didn't then have fun doing it all over again.:D [No sarcasm intended]
