MOVE BUG

In CoH beta the game servers lag so much that the enemy can move his units while I cannot. My Oppenant is not lagging, nor am I. No lagg messages popup on both sides. Its not my mouse bugging out becuase when i click to build a unit, its get queded up, but it does not build.
