Buddy I mean, in home only 2 PC LAN and there's no internet. I guess tungle needs to connect their server. any idea?

In short: You can't.
After 1.7 (That is, any patch after Opposite Fronts' release), THQ required you to be online to play the game.
If you REALLY want to duke the game offline with your friends and dont mind the version, use your retail disc (which you said you had in a past post), install patch 1.7, and play.
You didn't even need the cd to boot the game back then!

You can find 2.602 versions that don't connect to Relic/Steam and let you play LAN through lobby, campaigns, skirmishes ...
