I haven't looked at the voice files but if it's done like in the original CoH with each faction or at least each side having their own language files it could in theory at least be made so each speaks their respective language, except for the Italian units of course who would be speaking German.
However from what I know the game currently only has English voices, otherwise you can have the text be in a different localization.
