Why could you pick the p4 panzer doctrine over the elephant one with hull down?
Does the p4 j work better with hull down than the normal p4.
How would compare pak 40 with the elephant?

They both work good.
The only difference is that Elefant + Hulldown means certain death if the enemy comes at you closer than 10 meters (remember Elefant cannot rotate).
