How do I change the Conscript Sergeant model?

Trying to make a very basic mod that changes the current Conscript Sergeant model to the unused one shown here. How can I do this? I've checked the ebps and sbps and the upgrade categories but I can't figure it out.

Hi, you need make a custom ABP file to use it as described in the post.
