If you use both, you will have 40% accuracy and 15% damage reduction on your infantry.
How does this compare to g43 grens and pgrens coming this patch?

The medical crates are not a sustainable solution. Their buff is timed, which makes it strictly inferior to weapon upgrades the longer you keep your unit alive.
