Free DLC + Commanders

So i have the game open right now i tried to purchase the victory at Stalingrad DLC, My credit card got declined but when i opened the minimized game the DLC was unlocked and i could play it, Works with commanders to so long as i don't shut the game down fully. i also wouldnt recommend trying this.

It only lasts till i quit the game and re-open it again.
