Off Map Smoke Barrage for USF Feels Underwhelming

Just trying to see if others feel the same way. The USF Pershing commander smoke barrage feels lackluster when you compare it to similar abilities such as Stuka smoke drop. For 40 muny you get free recon, drops smoke faster, and pretty cheap, not to mention you can drop it in the fog of war. Also for cover to cover for just 10 more muny all your units get to sprint. Feel that the Pershing commander smoke should be cheaper when I think it's probably the worst off-map smoke ability.

The barrage in a vacuum is perfectly fine, albeit maybe a shorter delay would be nice. Its just that its in a doctrine who's whole point is getting an exceedingly mediocre Heavy tank that cant kill infantry very well post Heavy meta, and struggles against panthers, and loses against anything heavier. Urban Assault is just Heavy Cav but better at this point.
