I'm trying to get my friend to buy COH1, but I'm not sure what to ask him to buy as everything's moved to steam.
Does it matter what he buys or does he have to buy TOV only.

lol, my friend is more of a multiplayer guy, but with all the changes that has happened since, is there actually a steam server version that you can buy?
Or does the steam server version come with TOV?
