suggestion :
the next Schwerer Panzer Headquarters can be setup for [X] MP 0 fuel

Schwerer Panzer Headquarters

- disable the cannon but can be activated by using "Attack Ground Target" ability

- "Attack Ground Target" ability cost [X]MU per use /activated time [X] seconds / Cooldown [X] seconds

- "AA Mode" remain "FREE!!! XD"
