Invisible Panzer IV skin

Hello,

I've been testing some skins in a single skin pack. Currently have a panther, JPIV, and stug skin working fine, but the Panzer IV skin comes out invisible. Not sure why. When the tank is built it just shows the outline of the treads.

Is there something else that needs to be included beyond what comes from the tools data source file?
