Pretty simple premise. Change Point Blank Engine Shot from its current janky implementation into a manually targeted skillshot like the Pershing's AP round or the Firefly's tulip rockets.
This is mostly a quality-of-life improvement (the live implementation is awful) but it'd also allow you to fire the ability without direct LoS, allowing new tactics like firing a Sherman's smoke canister for cover.

I agree, it should take account if the shot landed in the rear side of the tank to inflict some engine damage too. Just to add utility and difficulty/reward
