I started playing CoH2 again recently, after taking a break for 4 years or so, at that time I was ranked around 300 as OST in 1v1. Not great, but I can clearly tell I was better then than I am now.
Some obvious mistakes I made:
I believe I lost my tiger and p4 to m20 mines, because they got the immobilized crit.
Probably, I should have used my engineers to minesweep, but I rarely did that the entire game so it cost me two tanks.
I also managed to lose a Stug to a rear echelon with zooks just due to utter incompetence.
Any tips on how I could improve would be appreciated. Especially when it comes to pressing the advantage, because despite wiping numerous squads I feel I always just let him back into the game when it should have been much easier than it was. Thanks!

Also, given its been years how has build order meta changed if at all? Generally I use to go: mg -> sniper -> 3x grens or mg -> 3x grens -> sniper (as done here) into at guns and so forth.
