Developers/Balance Devs this replay illustrates the problem with the game right now. Guards Rifle (which I didn't need) only make this worse. Germans need a way to counter Soviet Snipers.
We are both decent players (I am ~ 80 Soviet on ladder he is ~ 60 German) so this is not really matter of difference in skill level, if anything he should have won.
The flip side of this is if I, as the Soviet player, DONT'T play this exact way I stand a good chance of losing since Germans dominate in all other ways. It's kind of a catch 22 but I hope you can figure out how to fix this.
