I teched up to tier 4, but didn't build it yet. My lmg icon said that i didn't need any more upgrades, it literally said "no more upgrades required" but i couldn't click on it. However Brosras builded tier 4 in the next game and he could tech up. So the bug is: The icon says you can upgrade it already when you have teched, but not builded tier 4, while it should say "you need the tier 4 building to upgrade
