Permanently BannedI experiment w/ Tier 2 - Tier 4 Shock. Doesn't work.
I hope Relic examine TFN Tourney and see only those that use T1-T4 Guard Rifle Soviet win consistently. That means only 2 Soviet Commander's viable at highest levels and that is lame.
People complain when use T1-T4 Guard + HTD, but any other build is sub-optimal for Soviet atm. Sure if opponent not that good you can use others and win, but my point is these other builds should be usable at high levels also. I think main issue is probably weakness of Soviet Call-in tanks for Shock Commanders. If they made better then that would balance out early vs late game.
