Since you lost because a useless Panthers have built. Tier 4 of the German's just another pointless. The Su85 urgently need a nerf
To no Bulletin Rule:
COH2 is something built from the simple game. It is a joke in comparison to SC2.
Little units and barely different build orders. The bulletins are the only interesting that make the game a little more varied and only minimally. Everyone has THREE bulletins - one has no beneficial!

We banned bulletins because we were advised by Relic that they are currently imbalanced.
