I can consistently get early game map control and get out T70's or T34's pretty fast but once the Panzers come out I am completely screwed. Every time I've called in the dual T34/85's they die almost instantly. Should I be trying to get tier 4 to beat the Ostheer armor? Totally stumped. Thanks in advance to anyone who replys.

Your opponent had superior map control the entire early game, as he had both his own fuel plus the middle munitions. You lost a conscript at the 7 minute mark, and then lost even more map control (including your fuel) by the 10 minute mark. If your opponent hadn't screwed up and lost 3 or 4 squads in the mid-game, the game would have been over then.
You also had the tools to fight T3 already, namely T34 (ramming or flanking) and AT guns. There was a decrewed AT gun near the north VP but you built a new one instead of capping it. You also built 2 guards squads, which aren't very good against t3.
Basically your issue was much more about tactics/micro than strategy. If used correctly, AT guns plus T34 (and especially 34/85) have no trouble against axis T3.
