What about some earlier indirect fire? Even if it was just a single Ost mortar it may have deterred the Soviet snipers and caused some mp drain. I know it's difficult to do this though because you don't want to be outnumbered by the rifles and cons.

I watched and Jove BAR rifles really really really benefited from VonAstens soviet sandbags. And Von helped Jove a lot vs your kubel in beginning.
To match teams like this you need to match their team work. You axis guys were playing 2 1v1s. As axis.
understand it's random but that's why you lost as bad as you did.

Ban this map or blob around medHQ which should be in range of cut-off near your fuel. You need to play this map together at one side and slowly turtle from there. Just make sure you have 1 fuel 1 ammo 1 star and you are good.
