In this game I was the Partisan Commander. I was constantly was harassing one of the VP's while a tug of war was happening in the middle VP. This tug of war was a mess no one side could win. I was prolonging the game with capping of the others. Once they realized what I was doing, they blocked my partisans out with superior numbers. I then noticed, oh I have 1300 fuel, I should get some tanks. I built 5 tanks and we did an all out attack and won.
I noticed some bugs. Early in the game. My conscripts were build some sand bags and when they were done, they teleported away.
