I uploaded that replay to ask a question: Am I right thinking that guards anti tank rifle upgrade affect conscripts with the same weapon? It looks like so in this replay.

yes any weapon that you pick like a LMG will have the same effect
so if you are lucky to have a PTRS in a volks squad and equip it a check its truly crazy good !!
