What do you mean? Overpowered? Pretty sure all target-weak point abilities are an attack-ground function rather than actually targeting the tank itself. Arguably more skill based but, y'know.

Yeah. Target Weakpoint definately has it's issues. Though i'd say it's nowhere near as bad as the retreat bug.
