So new patch, new things, new sad faces, new happy faces, etc. Penals didn't really get changed, which I suppose is alright. I don't want my guys to get nerfed. :C Anyways, I've decided to play with the new soviet doctrine because I'm tired of call-ins and I want to see conscripts gain some utility.
