How to counter this most effectively?

I just started playing this again a few days ago after a 7 year break, obviously i need to improve my micro and map awareness etc but I have struggled against this sort of OKW camping strat where they turtle up near the building with the cannon near 2 of the VPs and just bombard me from afar and I don't know the best way to beat it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
