So I'm a little confused. Brackets show we have 4 rounds + Semi / Finals. According to the schedule, there are only 2 rounds + qualifiers (+ semi / finals)
What are the qualifiers and when is the period to play games if you are in "Round 2" as per the bracket.

What are the rules/procedures for choosing a map?
Do maps switch after each game or each round?
Are substitutes allowed to switch mid round or are players to remain the same throughout the entire round?
