Great quality content, but literally nothing to do with this game. I love it for what it is, but it's very random in this context.

Today we won't talk about a unit that is featured in CoH2....
There is sadly, no official history section on this board which enables broader discussion.. But we cannot expect interested posters to stay like blinkered horses, focussing solely on the armies, ignoring the WWII air forces and navies. Otherwise, we might develop a Relic perspective on WWII

If there was an official history section on this board there would be an inter-community war on who won ww2. Moderators would be coming in shifts. Think it's better if we don't have that.....for now.

Anyway glad you did this, I am fascinated with German Uboats, especially the exploits of the type 7s. They were beautiful workhorses that performed elite roles.

Type VII also featured in a great film "Das Boot". One of my favorite WW2 films.
