For example: 3 unique and varied factions 20 massive maps through 5 different countries, fight away or at home! Climb the 1v1 and 2v2 ranked leaderboards and be the best Dedicated servers for total control Spectator Mode: watch others play as you learn the ropes so... basically everything Relic needed over a year for to patch in is already in AoA 1.0?! Thread: Wargame28 Apr 2015, 22:14 PM Due to its larger scale Wargame doesn't have a cover system like CoH. It's more basic like either you are in open field or you are inside dense growth areas/buildings. Apart from that Wargame is by far the better game in every aspect, if you like the scale. It's more polished, far less bugs, less (gamebreaking) RNG Combined Arms is a must-have, otherwise you are fucked in a matter of minutes And you actually need more micro than in CoH cause of all the stuff that is happening on a larger scale. All of that is - btw - the reason why I'm quitting CoH. I played Wargame: European Escalation, and it was awesome. Sadly none of my friends played it and I didn't have the time to meet other people in game. A few weeks back I bought Wargame: Red Dragon because I was/am sick and tired of CoH/Relic. Since then I am in love with the game and decided to make my goodbyes after TAW 2v2 tournament. If anyone is interested in teaming up in W:RD, just message me. In: Other Games

This has been proven everytime 2 1v1 players teamed up. (Siberian+VonIvan, Ciez+OMGPop etc, Jesulin dominated in 2v2 just like in 1v1). The only aspect that only exists in team games is teamplay all the other things you mentioned are just as important in 1v1. I lost 1v1s vs all of the above but won every 2v2. All I say. Thread: Conversion abilities destroy flow16 Apr 2015, 18:36 PM About that whole skill discussion in 1v1 or 2v2 or 3v3 or 4v4: Sorry to "break it to you", but he is right telling you those modes rely on different kind of skills. There are so many good and very good 1v1 players who can't pull off anything in teamgames. That's because teamgames require TEAMplay. I don't want to generalize, but most 1v1 "pros" are not exactly what you would call 2v2 "pros". 1v1 depends on a lot of APM (the reason why I dislike this mode) whereas teamgames require a lot of tactical overview, strategic thinking, co-operating with your mates, etc. Sure, these things (apart from the mate thing) are essential for 1v1, too, but the focus is different.
