Thread: Commanders vs OKW12 Jul 2015, 16:32 PM In fact Rifle Company is the one I have problems with (I'm trying to throw it away but it still whispers to me that I need it ) Well, while flamer rifle blob is deadly, it's also very map dependant. Minsk pocket with flamer blob is not something I would go for. But on Lieurneux... Why not? Lot of budlings in the middle. Point is, you have no art in thich doctrine. There is phosphorus but it won't kill anything. E8 spam? I would choose more specialised units like Scott and Jackson over generalist E8 but still it's good. Keep in mind that in late-game Rifles are bleeding like garden, and you cannot re-equip flamer (I belive Relic did not fix it yet ). It's not bad doctrine, opoosite, it's very good, but on some maps it's better to pick up Infantry because it's better to rely on wiping potential (mortar, priest, off map) than flamers vs vet 4 Obers In: US Forces Strategies
