Simple elephant or jt will hard counter it without any skills. But try to counter JT. You need at least 2 players to attack flanks at the same time + some off map to clear infantry etc In: COH2 Gameplay

You have found 2 Maxims and ZiS gun far away. Launch Stuka with great precision since you see them. You just killed around 500-700 MP in 1 volley far behind enemies' lines without any risk from you and without reavling you plans by recon or flare. In: COH2 Balance

And it's not like OKW float MP... It's insanely cheap for it does, easy to replace, gives you fuel from salvage and it gives you recon recon all the time for 200MP while other factions must pay ammo, choose doctrine and abilites are only temporary.
