First of all this upgrade + IS + HMG let you counter 222 without sniper/bofors/at gun while WASP requires at least sniper to damage it. Second thing, on open maps where there arent many buildings, vickers might be good option to kite infantry. I was able to achieve 15/11/19 kills with vickers upgrade on Crossing woods. Still WASP is better but Vickers is safer way agasint OST rushing 222. With HMG support, Bren with Vicker is shredding poor volks. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: [USF] [All Modes] [Pack Howie cost]23 Sep 2015, 08:36 AM I can confirm Katitof is playing 1v1s (matched with him long time ago so... ) Leig outranges it, easier to make 2 off them + constant reinforce and healing. If you put them in front of each other in range, sure, but no one will let your pack howie to shoot at your leigs. Just move back a bit, fire and pack howie and laugh. + it has really pudding barrage. By the way, Katitof may have 6000 posts but his daily ratio is 10, yours is already 15 In: COH2 Balance

In addition the first shell lands extremely fast. From what i can tell each shell does about the same damage as a railway shell. So strictly speaking its superior to railway. With all the whine about Air supremacy going around i am surprised this one is not right up there. As this will kill a truck 100% of the time. With this combined with AS or just simply glider crushing, OKW just feels like they need to place their trucks in the base, And thats stupid. Well if it's like you are saying... But again, I don't own it, so I cannot test its power. But still, I was asking for railway buff here for ages as well on Alpha brits and finally it was buffed but in the easiet way to go. I would rather see railway without red smoke but with long shell teavel time (check) and loud long sound (check) to bring it with line with dive bomb. Long time, loud sound and red flares mean it will hit absolutely nothing. But of this brits can be fired into FoW, Im waiting for Railway to do same thing In: COH2 Balance

Working vs emplacements and immobile/heavy engine damage tanks. Tho still it is very very slow. What's more, I dont own this brits commander so no idea how it's working but first railway shell will land directly in the middle (wonder with this brits also?) so you can bring down with it howies. What I find a bit funy is that you claim many things like losing 3 trucks to AS (while AS cannot kill even 2 trucks when they are within heavy tank range) or that someone used 25punder agasint you with great efficiency etc, then someone asks you for a replay but you never upload it because something or you just ignore. Point is, if you claim something unusuall, you should upload a replay with such thing. PS Rage quit does not mean that there is no replay. In: COH2 Balance

I hardly call Panzer Schwerer only a tech structure, I mean, what tech structure is able to kill T34/76 in 1v1?? It keeps infantry and light armor at distance. It kills them very well. It is your first "unit" to protect your frontline. Hardly any tech structure can do that. As for the people saying that OKW is designed from the beggining to put trucks out of the base - sure, but if you use that argument, I must remind you that OKW was designed to put 1 Truck on 1 point to creat chain resource, not all 3 trucks next to each other. It has to be a huge amount of space. No Iron I tried yesterday it. I put MED and REP next to each other byt distance of heavy tank. One was destroyed, second was brought down to 60% HP. Give OKW 40% resources from self-destructing - solved. ___ Still that damn 120 ammo incendiary burning all emplacements In: COH2 Balance
