Plus I'm not quite sure how you want to affect kubel spam by such change. I mean, making pzfaust more expensive and coming later, kubel spam will be even more useful than going for Volks since they can stand against M3 without bleed, while Volks without pzfaust will bleed like a hell. However, as the balance team began to delve into the game they began to make numerous changes throughout. This led Relic to become nervous that a massive bug or game breaking change would be implemented and they radically reduced the units that could be considered. As a result, these units you mentioned are of interest but balancing the whole game simultaneously became impossible and we have to wait. At least that was my reading of the situation. It reminded me of good old times when triple Tiger + triple engis were the meta Not to mention that he was spamming Comets like crazy and guess what, it worked.
